ACTIONAIRY BY LIGHT REACH — CONVERSATION TO WORK 00:00 — Opening animation Revenue growth starts with choosing the right work. 00:04 — Conversation Every useful change starts with a conversation. Actionairy connects that conversation to the work. 00:10 — People and Market People reveals who matters. Market adds context. Both stay connected to the same opportunity, so the next move has a reason behind it. 00:22 — Expected MRR Compare expected monthly revenue with evidence and cost. 00:28 — Real mobile approval On your phone, review the same work. Then approve a bounded next step. 00:37 — Recorded engineering and animated replay Follow the recorded investigation and implementation. Engineering work, checks and delivery stay connected, with Compress governing scope, inference and spend. 00:49 — Checked result, on mobile and web Check the change, review the result, and carry the evidence forward. 00:54 — Revenue path Measure the path to revenue: conversations, pilots, paying customers. Actionairy by Light Reach. 00:59 — Closing animation Actionairy by Light Reach. Find the work. Grow your revenue. ABOUT THE RECORDING This is one internal product demonstration, not a customer case study. A synthetic voice brief was processed through Actionairy's normal transcription and Work flow. The saved conversation, public People/Market context, conditional forecast, native approval, engineering change and checked result belong to the same account and scoped website change. Real recordings are cropped and timed; normal waits and recovery attempts are condensed. The saved investigation precedes the later phone continuation. The film does not claim an uninterrupted first-attempt run. The phone approval and the later completed-work taps are genuine native app interactions. The current-source completion footage uses an iOS development build (1.3.31+65), the production API and the named, validated current-main worktree. It is not a claim of identical released store builds or Android footage. App Store and Google Play availability is linked on the page. The opening and closing reuse the approved ElevenLabs light-path animation and original narration. The original motion is presented without its old title overlays; the page provides the headline. Short scene titles describe the visible product activity. The waveform and code typing are explanatory animation. The code replay excerpts the actual approved Work-story change. It does not represent independently completed QA or DevOps specialist jobs. Build, behavior checks and independent review are supported by the recorded execution receipts; the checked website change was subsequently published. The selected task has a conditional additional-MRR forecast of $0/month, with no established revenue path. It is an owner-approved internal experiment. The separate, visibly labeled example forecast uses 24 opportunities × an assumed 20% conversion × $1,000 monthly value per customer = $4,800 expected additional MRR. A 10–30% conversion range gives $2,400–$7,200. The example graph starts from a hypothetical $10,000 baseline and ends at $14,800 over 90 days. These are illustrative assumptions, not a forecast returned for the recorded task or measured customer results. Agent delivery time is a broad prior, not an observed completion-time guarantee. The rising curve illustrates conversations → pilots → paying customers, not measured revenue growth. Public role context: Hjalmar Gislason / GRID, https://www.linkedin.com/in/hjalli .
